We have introduced the inspection system into all processes from the beginning of parts to the final shipment stage, and we are proceeding with the construction of a smart factory, which is a complete replacement of measurement and evaluation equipment and an automation system for the entire process.
We are currently building up the sophistication of measurement/evaluation equipment in line with the more elaborate self-inspection and sequential inspection system.

Micro Density Meter 1/1000
After the Kneading process, the micro density meter that measures the Mixture density of powder and binder can measure up to 1/1000 (g), and only Mixture with a standard density of 99.5% or higher is used.
Kneading : Over to 99.5%, 5point / 1lot -
Microbalance 1/10000
Microbalance scales to check the weight of parts after Injection Molding, De-Binding, and Sintering processes can check the weight of precision parts up to 1/10000g, and only use parts that satisfy 99.9% of weight requirements.
Injection Molding : Over to 99.9%, 1shot / 2hrs
De-Binding : Over to 95.0%, 9point / 1lot ( 1pcs / 1point each)
Sintering : Over to 99.9%, 9point / 1lot (3pcs / 1lot each) -
Toolmaker's Microscope
It is used for micro-part measurement - surface measurement - of units that cannot be seen with the naked eye using a tool microscope to inspect the dimensions and appearance of injection molded and final sintered parts and is also used in the final shipping stage.
Our company only utilize parts with a micrometer of 99.9% or higher in the process and delivers only 100% of the parts at the time of shipment.

Micro Hardness-Tester
Micro Vickers for measuring the hardness of plating and coatings is used for Inspection applications within the degreasing and sintering processes, and only for parts that meet or exceed 99.9% hardness.
De-Binding : Over to 95.0%, 9point / 1lot (1pcs / 1point each)
Sintering : Over to 99.9%, 9point / 1lot (3pcs / 1point each) -
Rockwell Hardness-Tester
The hardness of a part is checked by applying a press fit to the specimen surface with a constant load and the depth at which the tip enters the surface.
We at WANTS, only use parts that satisfy a hardness of 99.0% or higher.

Sintering : Over to 99.9%, 9point / 1lot (3pcs / 1point each) -
Vision Inspection Machine
We perform a 100% inspection of all parts after the sintering process is complete, and we use the video information to analyze the appearance and dimensions of the parts to determine whether they are defective or not.
We at WANTS will not ship any part if it does not meet 100% of the requirements through vision inspection.

Straightener
A straightener is utilized, which checks all parts for dimensional and form errors, and all parts with a 0.1% error are collected and returned to the first stage of the process.

Salt Spray Tester
Salt spray tester to evaluate the corrosion resistance of components, and our company complies with IEC and KS test standards.

Constant Thermostatic/Humidity Tester
Thermostatic/Humidity Tester for testing reliability of components and modules is equipped to test for deformation and durability of components against temperature and humidity.
At WANTS we perform durability testing on all components.

Humidity Test : 10% ~ 98% -
Mounting Press
Mounting presses used to inspect the microstructure of parts are machines that shave cross sections of various parts to check their density and hardness.
At WANTS, only parts with a density ratio of 99.9% or higher are used in the process.
